Quick hi to everyone - major storm coming in. :wave: :kiss:

Yeah...it was my brother again. He came in...he had to be sent home from work again. He had a panic attack b/c he was texting his ex-b/f and it got him upset again. So he came here looking for support and instead my mom told him he shouldn't be texting at work. Which made him mad. And he blew up and left.

Oh dear.
I hope he gets the help he needs...and fast.

His first appt. is tomorrow. See, the problem is though, he keeps holding out hope that once he is better, his ex will want to get back together...which I keep telling him, he needs to move on. Better to get over it now than still hang on to it six months later and then have to get over it.

Once he gets a grip on his problems... and probably some therapy...he'll be able to let go. He's clinging now because everything is in turmoil.
