Just friendly reminder… If you're dressed as a character that is doing meet and greets… Such as Jango or Boba Fett, you have to keep the helmet off during a photo in a meet & greet.

I saw a not so fun incident earlier… I won't elaborate but it worked out once everything got explained properly.

These are the rules and I don't make them up.

I tried to get our local 501st to make an appearance at our company softball tournament benefiting pediatric cancer research (I was in charge of kids' entertainment). They all preferred to go to free comicbook day.

What's your complaint? I've never managed to catch Star Wars weekend.

Perhaps they were already booked for the free comic book day? The 501st does a lot of great work, not doing your event doesn't mean otherwise.

Back in the Feel the Force area for fireworks. They now have a few tall cloth covered tables to stand at, two snack tables covered with mini versions of the Vader and Yoda cupcakes and other goodies, and two bars set up with drinks in addition to soda and bottled water.

Seems more crowded, not sure if it's because of the extra gear in here now or if people didn't care about the parade and only showed up for the fireworks.

No, I know they do. They've attended our event in the past before I was apart of it. I just spent a lot of time chasing them down only to get a "maybe" so it was frustrating. I hope they can attend next year.

He looked good until he went on stage. Looked like Ahmad was helping him stay upright, and then he needed help to get to the railing to lean on towards the end. I wonder how his spirits are as of late.
