The Kylo-vator is a show scene just after the destroyer bridge, which itself is beyond the AT-AT elevators. It’s not an actual elevator unlike the other six (and there’s a pair of them)
I don't think that's a good idea...Can we call them Kux?
Does it have something to do with scene whereby debris gets in the way of us and Kylo? (From Attractions Magazine rumored description of the ride.)The Kylo-vator is a show scene just after the destroyer bridge, which itself is beyond the AT-AT elevators. Remark it with both captions pointing to to the upper one
Both are pretty much ready now.I saw a commercial for WDW the other day and I think they were pushing the rise of the resistance along with Smugglers Run. Could that mean that it is open or about to open?
Both are pretty much ready now.
Unless there’s a change of plan, no.Does that mean soft opens are possible?
Unless there’s a change of plan, no.
I have no idea. I’d imagine they hope they will need it.Hey Martin, are there plans to use the time reservation system that they did on day 1 of GE again to spread the crowds (or aren't they expecting big crowds?)

The Kylo saber is real. We’ve seen the patent for the “mid-air blaster bolts” and that’s essentially what it is.
Ok here's a blank slate of the 2nd floor. I'm guessing those grey rectangle areas (labeled 1 and 2) are the Kylo/Hux areas on each side and the final Kylo encounter is the area labeled 3. The green boxes in showspace are the ride cars. See how they won't see each other?
I guess I can't wrap my head around the lightsaber area because it comes down from the ceiling which I can't illustrate here.

I’ve marked in yellow some show scenes on the above. Any area in between these will be travelling space between them. Regarding the red numbers, 1 is the bridge set, 2 the two “Kylo-Vators”, 3 is the Gun Deck and 4 the penultimate show scene that is before the second set of elevators.

Im assuming the show scene #3 is the one that is used in all the promotional videos? Where the laser cannons look out onto oncoming Resistance ships?
(Also it was so great to meet you at California Adventure last week! Sorry for jumping out at you! Hope you had a great trip.)
