Anyone who is there today or yesterday
what time did they let people in the park for an 8 am opening and what time did you arrive ?

I got there at 7:25, and guessing by the amount of crowd still outside the gate, I'd venture to guestimate they opened the park somewhere between 7:15 - 7:20.

We were then in the mob at the tapstiles for another 10 minutes, cursing every person whose MB flashed blue.

The only reason to get there much earlier is to be at the head of a rope drop line for some other attraction (MFSR, SDD, RnRC, etc...), because once those thousands of folks get their BG, they head for a queue and wait times spike.

I’d agree with you if I didn’t have a toddler to contend with as well. She’s not a morning person so it makes rope drop very difficult.

This is also the wild card we will be dealing with - we are just praying that Thursday is a "good day" for my one daughter.

I think I got there about 7:40 or so? Park was already open.

At 6:11pm, the final initial boarding group, 62, has been called. Not much time, if any, for backup groups to be called.

An obvious solution would involve allowing guests staying on property to schedule one ride per stay in advance. What’s the point of MM+ if you still have to show up for a thirty second lottery at park opening?

I agree. And I still hate the lottery system.
