Group numbers are displayed in the app, same place you join a boarding group. There are also signs throughout the park showing current boarding groups being called.

Turned out to be 20 minutes as Lyft changed my driver to one who was clearly bringing someone to the MK and I'm at pop. Luckily a taxi pulled up and I'm on my way.
