Although I hate the entire FP system, the DL MaxPass system is far better - would love for WDW to adopt that system and get rid of 60 day in advance reservations - perhaps just give hotel guests MaxPass for free or ability to book more at once day of visit?

Free! Rob, really. What do you think this is? The ROTR queue? No more bananas, chips, and return FastPasses for free. I'm surprised they haven't set up a N'avi River Journey snack stand with Resistance cupcakes (No one can resist!)

I thought there was a little snack/drink cart in the NRJ queue, oddly enough lol. Or am I misremembering?

My feet felt SO uncomfortable. Bare wet feet in sandals all day = blisters but wet socks in sandals (my choice in the end) is neither fashionable nor comfortable. Marginally better than wet socks in wet shoes since I could at least take my socks off to dry a bit while riding Haunted Mansion.

My struggle is real.
Wet socks are my downfall. During the summer I almost always have flip flops in my bag I can switch to if it rains. I can’t stand the wet socks on my feet all day, after a while it turns into sore blisters from being so raw.

If rain clears I’ll put dry Socks and shoes back on.

Any chance we'll get a FP+ type of system but just not have any standby queue at all? So basically what they're doing now with BG-ish, but you actually get a return time instead of not knowing for sure when your group is called and maybe only to book FP+ once inside the gate?

I like the idea of that if it's feasible with the crowds.
Right now there’s no real reason for Disney wanting to do this. The current system allows for flexibility with downtime and operational issues. Until the ride is nearly perfect I don’t think they’d feel comfortable giving guests a set return time.

That's what I meant, after they get past the initial issues with downtime

Nope. KevinPage probably has the record for RoTR. I'll start the thread for the morning since I'm up anyway but that doesn't necessarily mean I'm rope dropping.

7 out of the first 11 opening/operating days and 13 rides (12 without any issues).

Only 2 evac’s (1x from standby line, 1x from stormtrooper room/preshow)

But who’s keeping score?!?!?! 🤩😜🤩

Pretty much everyone in this thread XD lol

I thought @disneygeek90 went more individual days than me? But maybe it was because I was able to take advantage of the first few days of uncapped rides
