Not at all. Everyone is still scanning in. So it appears the 6:30 arrivals get the same BG number chance as the 4:30 arrivals.

I think having thousands of people trapped between the scan points and the Chinese theater and then all released at once is one of the worst experiences I've had at Disney. I know you can get stuck in a slow line at the checkpoints, but I like that they serve as a spacer for people entering the park so there is not a mad rush with people elbowing you or running over you with a stroller.

That could lead to a mess in the parking lot around 6 when everyone arrives, but we’ll see.

Why? They’re letting you into the park early, you just can’t do anything when inside. It should cut back the waiting and chaos substantially in the mornings now since there is no reason to be there at 4:30 AM.

Because there’s no reason to be there at 4:30, everyone will show up in a closer time frame.

Not going to lie, pretty happy I don’t have to wake up at 4am on Friday now. Will be able to get an extra 90 min of sleep due to this change.
