I saw this on my phone as the party wound down and I let out a whoop, and someone said "I thought you were rooting for the 49'ers?" and I said "I was, but this is an even bigger win."

Lol thanks for the support TP! can you keep it coming though? I’m halfway through the caves and they have stopped the ride. I guess this is going to be anxiety until the very end.

I just got home, so I'm doing weird magician finger motions at the Disneyland Resort on the horizon, texting Zenia to see what she knows, and sprinkling angostura bitters from my bar cart out into the evening air off the deck!!!

Super Bowl Sunday 2020. What a sparkling party! What a great game! What a trampy half-time show!
And what a messy day for Star Wars: Rise Before Dawn. Here's how the day played out;
8:00am - Disneyland Opens
8:02am - All Boarding Groups Gone
10:45am - Ride opens for the day with Boarding Groups 1 thru 7
11:10am - Ride breaks down at Boarding Group 22
12:30pm - Ride reopens at Boarding Group 23
12:55pm - Ride breaks down at Boarding Group 26
1:20pm - Ride reopens at Boarding Group 27
2:25pm - Ride breaks down at Boarding Group 37
3:40pm - Ride reopens at Boarding Group 38
8:30pm - Ride closes for the night at Boarding Group 111
11:00pm - Disneyland closes for the day
But it sounds like it broke down again around 9:00pm while @mickEblu with BG #107 was still in line, even though I did everything I could think of with ceremonial angostura bitters short of making a sacrificial Whiskey Sour.
So in summary;
Sunday 2/2: First BG Called at 10:45am, Last BG #111 called at 8:30pm, 7 Hours Closed, 8 Hours Open

The Disneyland Gods put me through the ringer today but in the end were kind. After the ride breaking down for about an hour and 20 minutes at 9pm and Hope was all but lost In the most claustrophobic room of them all, they fixed the ride and I got on. Stepped off At exactly 11pm. Mini trip report and ride review to come.

You did it TP! The positive energy was felt in the caves of Batuu. I still can’t believe we made it on. They really picked up Around 4pm. 112 was the last boarding group. We barley made it.

Thank you for keeping us posted tonight. I tried every trick I knew. Although I have no idea how the roses below my back deck are going to respond to being sprinkled repeatedly with angostura bitters. I guess we'll know in the spring.

We have an early flight out of Seattle on Tuesday the 11th but we won't get to the park until after rope drop. Then we'll have Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to try our luck.
