Thought so. Plenty of EPCOT Center was built with below actual grade areas, the hub main utilidor is too. To name a few.

if you've ever been in that corridor however you'd know why they don't do it often. The tunnel isn't exactly water tight. It never floods but a trickle isn't uncommon to see. If most of the corridor wasn't under buildings it would likely have more water issues than it does.

I'm sure someone has already noticed (I risk looking like an idiot here), but I was watching this again and gleefully noticed what looks like an R5 droid sitting in the hood of the EMV and beeping at you during the Battle Attraction (around 2:40):

Anyways, back to your regular programming.

The Falcon experience is all about the complete package and less about the actual ride. It's SWL's Hogwarts Express in many ways.

Think of it this way, Big Bird is exactly what you'd expect a trip on the Millennium Falcon to be like. So don't be surprised when it opens and you aren't surprised by the experience. Its big brother next door is the one that will surprise. That's not to say that MF won't be special because it will be. The whole package is the E-ticket from the time you get in line - just like the choo-choo train at Universal. The RV part of the ride will be cool and all; but, at the end of the day - it's still delivering what you'd expect: sitting in the cockpit and looking out that big multi windowed canopy.

I certainly hope it's more than Hogwarts Express in many regards. Rode it once and have no real strong desire to ride it again unless I need to get to the other park and the line is short - IE: it's a mode of transport. The re-rideability is missing - in my opinion, my 11-12 year old Harry Potter loving girls thought the same thing.
