With Smugglers run, do we know if there will be a John Williams score playing while flying the falcon? I'm assuming audio fx's for thrusters, laser fire, ect.
Also, how much movement does the ship have. Doesn't look like seat-belts are required. It doesn't need to move that much to create the illusion of flying.

Just because you can, does not mean you should.

I'm expecting John Williams score on the rides themselves. I'd bet money on hearing "TIE Fighter Attack" at some point in one of the three MFSR ride scenarios.

I hope so! But if not, it will be playing so loud in my head everyone else in the cockpit will hear it anyway.

Can any insiders corroborate/disprove the reports of RotR's construction being a big 'ol dumpster fire? The Disneyland SW:GE construction thread is quoting a Micechat post claiming RotR is months and months behind schedule due Alcatraz being a technical nightmare.

What do people make of the no fastpass offering. Is this possibly a test to see how no fastpasses effects major rides? You could compare this one to slinky dog and flight of passage. The only difference being there wont be a lessor ride to also go along with it, unless they somehow open Micky in at the same time which I don't see happening. And it still isn't the same thing since they aren't close by each other. I know it isn't very likely they get rid of fastpasses all together but I wonder if we could see a return to a more of a legacy fastpass approach. Most likely wishful thinking on my part, I just feel like legacy fastpass system with reduced number of fastpasses would lead to better wait times all over. Better guest satisfaction, and I dont know about you but when I'm having fun I spend more money. If I'm waiting in line for everything it just makes me cranky and I don't spend any money and want to leave. Also the more time I have to make my decision on a purchase the more critical I get of spending the money. I wonder if Disney has ever looked at it like this. By giving people fastpasses and getting them out of line they actually make people spend more time in stand by lines and decrease satisfaction.

My opinion, it's due to two things:

  1. There's no way to tier it. Pair it with anything else in the park, and everyone will try to get a FP for it. It'll be gone at 60+14.. I think they may be holding off FP until RotR is launched, and then those will both become the Tier-1s.
  2. They don't want to have to deal with anytime FPs during the first few months while they work out the kinks.
