Whatever you want... It really doesn't matter and is totally irrelevant if it cannot be noticed ................
It just doesn't matter, It just doesn't matter...

I always feel that insiders sources, no matter what level, are only being fed what Disney wants them to spread.
Insiders aren't being fed anything. They are inside with actual knowledge of the jobs with which they are involved. They are not bloggers or social media mavens. Those are the people that are "fed" information.

You can keep saying it... but, I'm still not buying it. But, like that particular discussion, it really doesn't matter what I think. You should be able to agree with me on that. You want to keep kidding yourself that Disney doesn't have a way of controlling what is let out in the form of information or a way of knowing what is leaked along with by and to whom, that is up to you.

An insider in our sense is someone that is getting information from viable sources inside the Disney higher level structure. That is the only way they would have access to all that specialized information. If a CM tells someone how a particular attraction that they work in operates, that is an entirely different situation. However, a person will not risk their huge salaries and perks to let a bunch of people on a discussion board in on information that Disney doesn't want to be released. Common sense!

That is one interpretation. It is not one shared by all however. Here is my definition of an insider: An insider is someone on the inside with actual working knowledge. After that it is hearsay. Hearsay can be good info but it can also be tainted by the person spreading it. Common Sense is unfortunately not very common these days.

The hats are a bit silly, but everything else looks fine. It's all going to look either normal or inconsequential in context of the land.

Overall these look like they'll fit in pretty well to the land's atmosphere. I can sort of see the argument that some are a bit too "casual" and/or don't match cosplay levels of detail. But that's what happens when you have to make a costume that's going to be worn everyday in the real world for 8+ hours and for varied body types.

And to that end, there are a lot of layered and long sleeve looks. That might work fine for Anaheim or Paris, but that's going to be tough in the heat and humidity of Orlando, even if the fabric is breathable. I'd hope (and expect) to see some short sleeve variations for WDW cast.

A lot of the layers are accessories cast members can choose to change things up. The bases can all have sleeves rolled and such they were saying.

I'm very curious how breathable these outfits are. I personally wouldn't want to be wearing these on a 100 degree day in July or August in Florida. As tacky as they look though, I'm sure the hats will be appreciated in the Florida sun.

Now, on colder days, I'm sure the cast members will love these uniforms.

I think the same has been true for virtually every CM uniform ever done by Disney.

About the only ones that look actually comfortable are in Africa in AK.
