The lack of theming on the top of that ship is interesting. Since the top of the Falcon is fully themed can we assume there will be some higher vantage points available to guests? Or does the Falcon get special treatment since it's a marquee prop?

I see all these bridges and a lot of potential for multiple stories within the land, but I've never been sure if they'd be guest facing or just for immersion.

Yeah, I was wondering about that myself.
The top of the Falcon is completely detailed - or will be in the case of the Florida model.
Another poster said that they believed the cue will take us along the windows located in the building behind the falcon.
That makes sense.

I believe one of our insiders have said the bridges are not for guests, but just for CMs.

If they were for guests, they'd all have to be ADA compliant and have a wide swath for two-way foot and ECV traffic.

Some have surmised that maybe some streetmosphere will use them.

Streetmosphere in the elevated walkways seem like the best idea.

Easy for everyone to see, doesn't take up walking space, creates sense of life in the land

The Falcon is pretty low to the ground and with the way the top of it is slopped you can probably see the top from the paths as you approach it. It won't be a perfectly clear view, but enough that it needs to be themed.

Call me crazy but I don't love the colors here. I think DL's looks so realistic and this... doesn't. Maybe it'll grow on me but I felt one of the things that would make this land so breathtaking was going to the realism and I feel the vibrant colors take away from that a bit. Again, it may just take time to grow on me

Has it been confirmed by insiders that the theme/colors of the spires will be different? I thought these lands were identical in every way except some slight Queue differences due to muppets being super close to Alcatraz in DHS?

I have to say that I agree and think the colors in Disneyland better show a petrified forest ....

I was looking at the pictures posted today. In picture 29 of 33 it looks like the back of the Muppets show building will be visible from inside the park. That would take away from the immersion of the area.
Does it look that way to anyone too?

Personally I’m liking the vibrant colors at DHS better that what we can see at DL. Maybe they’re trying to stay slightly deserty being so close to Big Thunder.

The Falcon is a critical prop and is going to be in pretty much every promotional spot for this land. They'd be insane not to decorate the top. Drone flyovers are likely going to be very common, and while they'll avoid the one cargo ship up high, there's no way they wouldn't do these massive sweeping shots of the MF with drones.

Not to mention it's the Falcon. You don't cheap out on the Falcon.

Will the outside version have a walk through?

I believe it will be as well but I think they will be painting the portions visible from inside the land a grey color as indicated by some portions they've already painted. Bioreconstruct got a good picture on Twitter of the building which can be seen in the background of this pic with portions painted.

Unlikely. The ramp won't be ADA compliant. And if there's no access for ADA, then there's not access for anyone (usually).

Also, movie magic makes the interior of the Falcon much bigger (Wookies and giant tentacled aliens running down multiple hallways) than the outside, when seen with a person standing next to it, would imply. A walk-through Falcon would have to be friggin' huge, and it doesn't look like this one will be.

Also, images of construction show no finished interior.

While your point still stands, those giant tentacled monsters chased our heroes (and Kanji Club) through the halls of the Eravana, Han's much larger smuggling freighter. :)

But yeah, the movie interiors would never fit in the properly scaled exterior prop.

Interesting, I didn't notice the grey paint.
Also, our vantage point will be from the ground of course - so quite a different perspective from the aerial angles.
Of course, Disney wouldn't be spending money on grey paint if they didn't need to.
Can't wait to see images from a ground perspective!

I was gonna say the same thing.

That scene is kinda confusing that it feels like they're still inside the Falcon, and only later you realize they weren't (when you see them boarding it), and also the Falcon couldn't possibly have that many hallways

Uh, excuse me, but the giant tentacled aliens - better known as Rathtars - were rolling down Han Solo's giant freighter the Eravana. It's large enough to swallow the Falcon, which it did, in Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens.
