That does seem to be the implied time frame, but no definite dates have been posted as far as I know.A blog that I read keeps saying SWL at DHS won't be fully open by the end of 2019. Is this true?

Well, it will be interesting to see how things progress. I live close by and will be snapping pictures to compare progress. You have to take notice when Spirit makes a comment especially after he broke “What are we going to do with John” months agoThat sounds like someone repeating what Spirit said, namely, that when SWGEB opens in DHS it won't be fully finished and work will continue into 2020.
No other insider that I know of says the same.

I’ll keep myself updated on your rumor threadWhile Spirit definitely has inside info that is good, it's not always perfect. He was predicting DHS's SWL to be over a year behind DL's. And then recently prevaricated over sources when it wound up he would be obviously wrong and then he said it wouldn't be fully finished when it opened in late 2019.
Next time points I'm watching for is:
1. The topping out of MF's tallest peak. Due the final week of Nov/start of December if we're on that ~3.5 month pace still, versus slipped.
2. The three peaks over the show building roof should have received their full scaffolding around the third week of January.
Most people that are not directly involved with a particular project and/or familiar with construction are. What looks like complete chaos and months worth of work to layman often looks quite different to someone that does this stuff day in and day out.Spirit is a bad Nostradamus on timelines, when he is guessing, which he was. There is no serious indication that WDW's land is majorly sliding and I have seen nothing to suggest DL's can't be operational in the first half of 2019, if not the first quarter.
Clearly MF is keeping pace, so I'll propose a few other areas to watch for in the coming months:
1. By the second week of March 90% of the front side of Battle Escape should have its rock work steel up.
2. The land's large building supporting the semi-covered market should have about 75% of its steel and the archway over the entrance to the market street.
Finally, SW:GE in DHS would have to look worse than this for me to be seriously concerned it was becoming difficult to open it in 2019.
