We have been lucky so far. Daughter #1 and #2 are both married and doing well. Daughter #3 keeps talking about going into the Air Force so, fingers crossed.
Either way, the time commitment for one returning to the nest should, in theory at least, be less than one that I have to take here and there, help with homework, etc.

I have one that leaves the nest at the end of this school year and I am already experiencing separation anxiety. At least Star Wars land will be here so I know she'll always have a reason to come home (and I can pretend it's because she misses dear ol dad. lol!)I am nearing the finish line. Based on past permits I believe this is for the battle escape ride. Also note that these permits have been pre-dating the actual work by quite a bit. The permit "Project D - 1004 - Package 2 - Primary Structurel Steel" was filed in November of 2016 but structural steel on the battle ride didn't start going up until June of 2017.

No, but the permitting is handled differently in California so it would really be relevant.
