I'm tempted to try this now. I won't bother anyone obviously, but it might make for some amusing photos.

It's either that or my first order uniform.

I don’t remember or care what YouTuber it was but yeah, it wasn’t for what she was wearing but rather that she was filming her interactions with every CM and character specifically looking for awkwardness to showcase for her channel. DLR was right to shut her down and kick her out.

The thing with Oga, Savi, and Don Okdar is that the land uses them as namesakes without any real introduction or presence. Hard to like a character you’ve never seen who charges you a ton of money. A character like Bek is better received, and understandably so.

That TikTok video is great btw.

Man you really do not like Chewie and R2-D2 do you? 2 of the most beloved characters from the saga that have appeared in more media than any other Star Wars characters. They just don't exist to you do they?

Oh wait you have to ignore them to constantly spew your tired "No OT Characters" agenda...

The argument is about representation of all star wars, not just the OT. Sure Chewie is there but that far from gives it an OT presence. Especially since he is featured in all the sequels. The land was built to center around the Disney sequel star wars, there is no doubt about it. Keep in mind, it's just as tiresome to listen to the " there's plenty of OT star wars... You just choose to ignore it" people. The fact is, there were plenty of ways to celebrate the saga, while keeping the sequels timeframe. And that is really all fans wanted, a place to enjoy all parts of the saga.

Some fans wanted - possibly most, but Disney did provide elements from all parts of the saga.
There's the Falcon, and you can walk up to it enter the hallways that Han, Luke and Lei walked down, sit at the chess table - and even fly it.
There's Chewie.
There's an XWing.
There's R2D2.
There's a ride where you go inside a Star Destroyer.
Sorry some of the original characters are not here, but they are dead.
It would have been ridiculous for Disney to build a land based on the movies from some 40 years ago beloved though they may be.

Or....build a land that celebrates ALL eras of Star Wars past, present, and future and doesn’t have a locked time/place. I don’t see a lot of people saying they should have built a land ONLY with OT and ban the prequels, Disney Star Wars, Clone Wars, Mandalorian, upcoming Kenobi series, future movies and TV, etc, etc.

That would be equally idiotic to what they did - build a land ONLY and forever locked into Disney Star Wars. We all know why they did it, it is just a terrible and needlessly limiting creative choice.

A relatively new coaster based on characters from a movie over 80 years old is one of the most popular rides in Magic Kingdom.

The best solution for Star Wars should’ve been a land where you can interact with characters from all eras due to how many generations the IP spans.
