Ah, bringing me back to the Pandora construction days. Waiting half a year for aerials only for 3-4 different sources to suddenly duplicate cover it around the same time.

That said Near Maps is a several weeks earlier than the other one we got - but higher res.

Interesting. I can't help but notice, again, how tiny the area is in front of Battle Escape where the river is. The area appears much larger in DHS. But hey, DL has a long winding pathway and a maintenance road next to it instead of an actual theme park area guests can enjoy

Oh and Alcatraz is literally backed up next to a large building, is that the parade rehearsal building? DHS has a small building behind it, but not quite as close as DL's

Huh?

The area is about the same, the problem is the berm is much wider in DHS and unfoliaged so you can’t see the distance. But it’s approximtely the same.

I don’t know what you are talking about otherwise. Both lands are backed up against parking and access roads? Both serve as the outer rims of the park. What theme park land is behind DHS? Also Alcatraz and Battle Escape are the same thing, there is a parade building near the millennium falcon, is that what you mean? There are no service buildings behind Battle Escape/Alcatraz in either park.

I was referring to ROA being infront of Battle escape at DL, the area seems a lot narrower at DL than at DHS. Battle escape is next to Muppets at DHS, a park area, while at DL its a road. Alcatraz has a gray building behind it in DL, any idea what that is? I was trying (and failing) to be funny.

Seems to just be the angle and scale of the photograph.

There's no building behind Alcatraz? Do you mean the small structure to the west of the show building at Disneyland? From what I've heard, that's a part of the queue.
