Yes, and all I am asking for is a discount on my room and not to be charged again for something I have already paid for, admission to DHS.
What you'll be getting will most likely be a premium hotel and Baatu experience not available to the regular DVC members or AP holders. So, in essence, you will not have paid for this experience in your DVC and AP cost.

FWIW, I think WDW could offer FL resident, AP, Credit Card and DVC discounts if they wanted to but won't unless necessary. I myself would love to see the Halcyon added to their military discount program, but I'm not expecting it.

Chances are demand will outstrip supply for the first several months, so don't expect discounts until about 10 months to a year on.

There are far, far more than 1000 guests at those parties.
Oh, for sure! But how about closing just Batuu for Starcruiser guests, for the last 2 hours of regular park hours?

eta: It would add to the exclusivity, and somehow justify the price for the Starcruiser experience.

Reservations for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser – the New Multi-Day Vacation Experience Coming to Walt Disney World Resort – Open Later this Year

By: Disney DestinationsFebruary 6, 2020
It’s a great time to be a Star Wars fan. “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker” is out in movie theaters. “The Mandalorian” is streaming on Disney+. Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance just opened inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland® Park in California and Disney’s Hollywood Studios® in Florida.

And it’s about to get even better. Reservations will open later this year for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, which debuts in 2021 at Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida. This new two-day and two-night vacation is an all-immersive experience that will take you to a galaxy far, far away in a way that only Disney could.

“Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is a completely new type of experience,” says Ann Morrow Johnson, executive producer for Walt Disney Imagineering. “You’re going to live onboard a star cruiser…and you can get wrapped up in the larger Star Wars story"

That's what I'm thinking too. Batuu excursion for Starcruiser guests only. For say, a couple of hours after park closing. Access to RotR and MFSR. And given the price of the experience, I'd throw a meal and a drink at Oga's too.
I think I'd maybe caution Disney against something like this - after the botched opening at Disneyland we've seen very clearly that limited attendance isn't a good look on Galaxy's Edge. Without lots of bodies the place feels lifeless and unappealing. It was an odd and stark contrast to the rest of the park where limited attendance feels like a rare and beautiful gift. Even when they're empty the OG lands are exciting - a bar that Galaxy's Edge doesn't quite clear.

The difference between my first visit to Batuu West last summer and my first visit to Batuu East this fall was staggering - the crowds at WDW really made a difference. At Disneyland I nearly had the place to myself and felt like I was ready to leave after half an hour.

Though the idea of getting on Rise without much wait is, of course, enticing.

I had the opportunity to visit WDW Batuu for the first time, last August for one of the AP Previews. It was very uncrowded due to the limited number of visitors allowed in, on top of that, I went solo. I had the opportunity to see and enjoy as much as I could without crazy crowds. I got as close as allowed to the ships and droids, I heard several sounds, stayed a while admiring Dok Ondar's animatronic and shop, enjoyed showing people the Dianoga creature, CM's were interacting with guests, saw Stormtroopers several times, etc. I spent almost 4 hours in there, I'm very familiar with SW OT, knew nothing about Batuu or the newest SW movies, so that was surprising to me. The land didn't feel lifeless to me then.

My second (non-solo) visit was last December, it was crowded, and if anything, the land felt busier, not lifeless.

Galaxy's Edge isn't perfect, I agree that a show, a sit-down restaurant, aliens and/or droids roaming the land would be nice, though.

In any case, people who'll be willing and able to spend big bucks to experience Starcruiser, are going to expect something special for their Batuu excursion. We've yet to learn what it'd be.

If you do it after normal park hours you would be looking at 9:00-10:00 PM for a lot of days of the year. That's not going to fly with a lot of guests.

I think it would be to hard to prevent this, unless you only get access to the land after hours.

I agree. If you got access during regular hours, I guess you could get into the rest of the park. But unless you had an AP or a valid regular park ticket you wouldn’t be able to make same-day FPs or use pre-booked ones. And even if you did have a ticket/AP, you’d have to exit the park and re-enter.

In any case, I don’t see many Resort guests going to those lengths. The vast majority would stick within Galaxy’s Edge.

You mean it wouldn't fly with regular park guests or Starcruiser ones?

Star cruiser guests. They are paying a premium for this experience and Galaxy Edge has been promoted as part of it, I can't see them only providing access to the land late at night, especially when you are spending all day in a windowless hotel. If the closed the land early to allow Starcruiser guests in, that would go over bad with regular guests.

Most, if not all Starcruiser guests, are going to be big SW fans. The price they'll pay for this experience is high enough for them to want to take advantage of every perk.
I don't think many would mind staying late one night out of their trip to experience Batuu at night, with fewer visitors and when the land looks it's best.

Many, many fans are willing to be up at 6am (or earlier) to experience RotR, and that's just 1 ride they didn't have to pay extra for. Fwiw, I wouldn't mind at all! ;)
