Ah yes..I do enjoy the Star Tunnel music..or which it's really called Promising Tommorow.
That`s a popular misconception; the star tunnel and entrance hall music area variations of 1985's We`ve Come So Far. For the RYCA-1 makeover 5 versions of this were recorded; this one and the entrance ones are all that were left.

If they do take it out, I would just go on youtube on my iPhone and listen to it.Or just play one of my ringtones loudly like I did when I got stuck on space mountain DL 2 weeks ago

Did you have to use a ringtone-making website for that? It sounds pretty cool! :)

no I downloaded the music from mousebits, cut it down to the right amount of time, using sound recorder (which you can find in your start menu). Now i did have to get a free program to convert the MP3 into a different format to edit the size, but its really a simple process.

I heard some Disney spokesperson (I can't remember where I saw it) saying that the refurb will keep the nostalgic aspects of Space Mountain that keep it a classic, or something like that.

I have a feeling that the Star Tunnel Music won't be going anywhere. I think the greatest way they'll change it would be to put it somewhere else in the ride. But that's just my opinion; the real answer is shrouded in mystery like the rest of this most enigmatic refurbishment...

I'll be there when the TTA re-opens; that may or may not shed some light on the situation.

My phone isn't real good at downloading. I have tried another site that would send you a text and you would download the ringtone. But my phone wasn't capable of downloading it, just kept saying the site wasn't there or something. So I gave up and just kept making my own.
