That`s a popular misconception; the star tunnel and entrance hall music area variations of 1985's We`ve Come So Far. For the RYCA-1 makeover 5 versions of this were recorded; this one and the entrance ones are all that were left.Ah yes..I do enjoy the Star Tunnel music..or which it's really called Promising Tommorow.
This is one of my favorite parts of WDW.I especially love listening to it while on the TTA going through Space Mountain.
I have the third tunnel as my ringtone, got it from mousebits....
If they dont have star tunnel, they will probably have stitch humming star tunnel...
Did you have to use a ringtone-making website for that? It sounds pretty cool!
no I downloaded the music from mousebits, cut it down to the right amount of time, using sound recorder (which you can find in your start menu). Now i did have to get a free program to convert the MP3 into a different format to edit the size, but its really a simple process.
I heard some Disney spokesperson (I can't remember where I saw it) saying that the refurb will keep the nostalgic aspects of Space Mountain that keep it a classic, or something like that.
I have a feeling that the Star Tunnel Music won't be going anywhere. I think the greatest way they'll change it would be to put it somewhere else in the ride. But that's just my opinion; the real answer is shrouded in mystery like the rest of this most enigmatic refurbishment...
Perhaps the Post-show???
