Star struck at Disney....

celebrity chef robert irvine this past fall during f&w. he and his family were at mk at the time we spotted him.

WE went to the Cake Boss demonstration. IT was delicious!

We were getting on the monorail at the Contemporary and DH and I went and sat down. He turns to me and quietly says, "don't turn around but you'll never believe who is in here with us!?!?!" So many names starting going through my mind. So I gracefully turn around and I see a man with two boys and I have no clue who he is talking about. We get off at MK and he is so excited. We let them walk ahead of us and as they are going through security he says, its "Catcus Jack aka Mick Foley!" Since I do not watch wrestling, I had no idea who he was talking about but it totally made his day.

I saw American Idol contestant Phil Stacey at CSR.

I have met musicain/songwriter Chris Tomlin (Poly) and also met Daniel Whitney aka Larry the Cable Guy (AKL). Both were extremely nice and took the time to talk to me. I tried to end the conversation with "Larry", since he was with his family, but he would not have it. Later it dawned on me that his "persona" is plasterd all over the place in WDW, but while I was with him, it didn't really occur to me that I was in WDW talking to Mater.

Saw Samantha Brown at FW, and she was nice enough to take a picture with my son. Very nice woman.

I saw Mickey Mouse while I was there last week!

Saw the entire Honey Boo Boo clan last Wednesday as well, walking through Italy in World Showcase. Nobody was in a stroller or on an ECV purely for convenience...there may be hope for civilization yet.

We saw Mick Foley in Kings dominion in VA!

Saw Pat Sajak w/ his family years ago at Alfredo's.

Also saw Brian Wilson doing something for the Extreme Home Makeover Christmas show (basically doing the same Christmas song over and over and over again).

And I know this isn't me or WDW, but my mother when she was younger had her picture taken with Walt himself in DL.

Honey Boo Boo and her entire family got on Spaceship Earth right behind me last Wednesday (Feb 6). I was riding up the ramp (no line whatsoever) turned to look behind me and saw a woman who looked familiar and then a little blonde girl. Couldn't believe my eyes, so had to turn and give them a longer look (ok, I stared) to be sure. Because there were about 8 in their group including a guy who appeared to be a Disney rep or bodyguard (he wasn't wearing a Cast Member tag), it took them a few minutes to load so there were about 5 empty cars between us. After we exited into the area where you see your Postcard from the Future, they played a few games and as the area wasn't crowded few people seemed to notice or recognize them. Later I saw them walking to "The Seas" and several people were doing double-takes and taking "sneak" photos.

I hope they're banned forever.

Saw Lleyton Hewitt waiting for repunzal I was right next to him for two hours really a nice guy.

I saw Ashley De La Rosa (a contestant from The Voice).

A bus driver told us Obama was there, too. Our waitress at Tony's said he was there, too. I guess that makes it somewhat believable.

saw Michael Strahan in AK just last week (Saturday Feb 16) leaving Dinosaur as we were heading to it and again going to EE as we were waiting in the FP line. He was escorted, along with TV cameras and about 20-30 people, behind the ride as soon as they got off.

They happen to be related to me and they have just as much right to be there as you do. Maybe they should ban rudeness like you instead. It was that whole family's dream to go to WDW and TLC made that dream come true for them. It is quite disheartening to know people like you are even allowed through the gates.

I hope they're banned forever.
