Hey all, we will be in WDW from March 22 to the 29, and was curious if the spring break makes it alittle crazy down there? No matter what we will be there but just alittle heads up would help, thanks. :D

The UG crowd calendar shows your week as "insane":

22nd - 9
23rd - 10
24th - 10
25th - 10
26th - 10
27th - 10
28th - 10
29th - 9

9 = Peak waits of 85 - 94 minutes
10 = Peak waits of 95 minutes or more

And remember, it is Easter week! But, plan and have fun!

We've been at Easter and also during various Spring Breaks, its busy but not summer busy. Plan well and use fast Pass and you should be ok.

We always plan, just needed to get an idea as to what to expect. Now a question that I just thought of, what are the ages of the crowds, are they mostly college age, HS, families with kids, or groups of unsupervised maniacal prepubesant monsters:animwink: Thanks:D

I could be wrong, but I think that week is primary and secondary school Spring Break. The week before of is College Spring Break. At least that's when I have break.

The Unofficial Guide provides a comprehensive crowd forecast service on-line for people who purchase their books. Asking someone else here to look it up for you really isn't fair to the writers of the book [and least one of whom is a member here]...

Use fastpass to your advantage, and try to find less popular attractions with shorter lines in order to make your trip more enjoyable. The crowds at spring break are pretty high, and I've endured them before, but it's still very possible to have a great time.

could you please tell me may 11-19 our honeymoon thanks

Hey Rachel, Assuming you leave the room, :lookaroun the crowds are generally substantially lighter around that time;. The general rule is to always get to the park 20-30 minutes before open and then maybe take a break for a few hours in the early afternoon when the crowds are heaviest. CGo back to the hotel and swim, just get out of the parks but that time you probably wouldn't even need to do that.

Back in 2005 easter sunday was March 27....we travelled across the pond for a two week holiday a week and a bit later (7 April).

We found that the first week was busy - the queues weren't that excessive in all honesty (were probably 45 mins - 1 hour max) considering the time of year but it was only during the second week you could tell the first week was actually quite hectic......everyone had seemed to disapear :) and you noticed the difference with not only the crowds but the wait times we're virtually non existent !! We always tend to avoid easter time and aim for a couple or three weeks after.

Your days are gonna be really busy.. use that touringplans.com or whatever the site is that shows which park will be lest busy each day and go by that. You may be able to avoid the madness by doing the recommended park each day.

something like this :

we just got back from disney during presidents week and we found out if you ride right when the park opens the lines are almost nonexistant. we rode peter pan, pooh, and snow white in like 30-45 minutes because we were already there from having an 8am crystal palace breakfast

I'll be there that same week, and going by threads on some other forums that people are posting the vacation weeks, it seems it won't be quite as busy as touringplans is predicting. There don't seem to be many school vacations that week. Some colleges, very few schools. Most colleges seem to be the week before. Schools seem to be in April, for the most part.

It will still be busy, but I don't think its going to be 10/10 busy.

My DS and I will be there with his high school music dept for Magic Music Days from 3/25 through 3/29. The orchestra members from his school who are going will be playing at DTD on that Thursday at around noon. Come check them out!
