Enjoy the conversation and stay on-topic. Know why you want to work at WDW and why you want whatever position they talk about (that's a good indication of where you'll go if you get accepted), but, more importantly, why THEY want YOU to work for THEM (without getting cocky). Remember, at the end of the day, they need to feel that the company (and the guests) are benefiting from hiring you.Hey y'all! I'm new to this forum, but I just applied to the college program today, and I have a phone interview tomorrow! I'm really excited, but I'm also really nervous. What do they usually ask on the interview? I don't really have a problem with being positive and smiling because I usually do that regularly
I'm just really nervous though! Any suggestions?
Good luck!
