Does Hasbro sell "My Little Brony" merchandise? If not then they don't own the term "Brony".

Once again, trademarks do not need to be registered nor does Hasbro have to use the specific term. They can argue that others are creating confusion in regards to their intellectual property.

Doesn't matter if it falls under fair use.

Fair Use is something that can be litigated. Its likely not something many fan sites have the resources to handle.

The bloody wounds on the neck from where the dragon's been chained are a nice, unexpected touch.

On another note, that thing would've been nightmare fuel for me as a kid. It looks fantastic. Scare 'dem kiddies, I say. Last time I rode Forbidden Journey there was a little girl screaming the entire time, got off the ride in tears. She weren't ready for flying benches.

I don't know if it's from that or.....the dragon is supposed to be emerging from a dome that hasn't shown up yet....I think the wounds might be from that

I believe when lightning strikes the tail, it flaps its wings.
