Hey, a bunch of things happened that no one wants to discuss. For Instance....

- The Universal Media Preview was announced. June 17-20.

- 7DMTC is having O&T Cast Test as we speak. MK cast is supposed to be on soon. No day guests yet.

- More Disney Springs Info came out. None of it involves improved parking anytime soon.

- Maingates & Cast ID are blacked out for both Studios & MK for Memorial Day Weekend. This covers the 24 Hour Party & Boba Fett.

- Jason Garcia announced he's leaving the Orlando Sentinel to join Florida Trend magazine.

- Rebel Rendezvous started today. Lots of Merchandising... where the real money from the film is made.

the whole planes and cars movies did show that even if the movie sort of sucked (or plain sucked like plane's) merchandise can save the day

The Fudruckers near me closed. Not a loss really. Last time I was there, a few of the kitchen staff were in the men's room toking a wee bit of the Mary Jo Whana. Five Guys, nice! As a tie in, to me, 5 Guys is the burger equivalent to Penn Station. . .

Also.... Its 100% confirmed that the reason the Hyperspace Hoopla went away is because Lucasfilm got a stick up their about how the characters were being used.

Thank god - that abomination needed to go. I know people love some cross-over... but I always found what they did with the characters revolting.

I'm longing for the day that I walk into my local grocery store and see Mickey ice cream bars like the one in my avatar. Call me a fangrrl, I don't even care. I'd buy several boxes and wouldn't be able to guarantee they make it home. It's easy to dismiss something so silly and simple as an ice cream bar when you're a local, but when you only get them on special vacations...you think about them all the time. Ditto dole whips.
