Hiya, folks!

I just wanted to say a quick thanks to all of you for bringing this important issue to my attention. We at the Walt Disney Company take the integrity of all our cast very seriously, and, frankly, we count on each and every one of you to help hold us accountable. You are an important part of our Disney family (or 'ohana, as Lilo would say!), and I value the input of our most passionate fans in the online communities. Keep up the great work, especially those of you who put in tireless hours each and every single day. I mean it - I don't know how you do it.

Speaking of 'ohana, have you heard Disney's best kept secret? If not, it is a little thing we call the Disney Vacation Club, and, boy, do we have a magical Hawaiian offer for you! Just click here to order your free Disney Vacation Club DVD!

Thanks again for the mental and emotional energy you all devote to our fantastic Company!

Bob

Your not creating any synergy to help us price leverage the brand. Plus, I value all of the input I've seen from the many passionate fans in this wondrous online community, except for the input of obvious impostors. Finally, I'd like to thank the woman who took the time to come to the annual meeting and brought the issues of the lights and colors at the internodal parking structure of magic at DLR and would like to tell her we've fixed it, since parking nodes are indeed at the center of the magic.

Regards,

Bob

Dear Bob,

Do you know what Walt Disney World is or are you just shown a general Parks and Resorts P&L?

Thanks,
Sue

Sue,

Your name reminds me of one of our media guys, thank you for the question. My answer is simple, of course! The Walt Disney World Resort is our world class resort in beautiful central Florida. We are currently rolling out a new program called MyMagic+ there. MyMagic+ will allow you and your family to better plan your fun and overall improve your stay with us. We have heard our guests feedback and it has been a huge part in the creation of MyMagic+!

Boy, somebody's really been giving this whole JFB/ NYTC thing a lot of thought overnight, and obviously spent quite some time on it. That's one of the more vigorous defenses I've seen here in a while.

Not that I agree...

Sadly, I do believe the former and current employer of ms. Fickley-Baker really have been contacted, hoping to use 'public outrage' against her. Threatening an actual, real, living person in her livelihood. A young woman with a very young baby. Think about that for a second. A young woman is harassed, called a liar, her employer contacted.

Being young, a woman, or having a baby should not factor into this one bit.

As I said earlier in the thread, if these are baseless claims, that is up to TWDC HR department to deal with and she has nothing to worry about. Nothing we say in this thread makes one bit of difference. As has been said many times on other threads, we are .0001% of the Disney fanbase...

If we have 2 posters impersonating Bob and myself (the actual Iger - look back in this thread, I made the first claim which I believe is pretty solid proof), then we could all turn into alcoholics.
In your dreams, fake Iger. I'll have another Bud please. (Oops, I mean Martini.) Gotta keep up the image, you know, my "brand" is important to me.

The fact that so many people can imitate Igerspeak shows how heavily the dbag relies on cliché buzzwords in all of his statements.

Seriously, if I hear 'enhance the guest experience' or 'taking the guest experience to the next level' in regards to MM+ one more time I'm going to punch a baby.

What if along with the magic band you got a little baggie of garlic so you could "kick your park experience up a notch" and BAM! you're at the next level.

I don't like martinis. If you want to keep your job as my impersonator you'll have to get the details right. Currently, I enjoy nothing but Starbucks whilst strolling around a Disney Park.

Hypothetically lets say she did lie to get her foot in the door as a PR blogger. Why should we care? How is it any of our business? If it is a baseless claim then the unecessary stress put on her is something to worry about. A considerable number of people claiming to her employer that she is a liar is not a stressless situation for the employee. Even if TWDC were to see that everthing checks out ok there is a chance she could have another unrelated work situation present itself that questions her integrity, and TWDC may not give her the benefit of the dought because they remember this incedent. Even if she is innocent.

Again, I just dont understand why we should care or how it is any of our business. Pursuing this does not cast a good light on our community innocent or guilty.

My 2 cents and all I have to say on the issue.

Some of us are stockholders and would hate for any sort of hiring scandal to cause the value to dip(see how that works both ways?)

As far as another incident, well, my motto is, where theres smoke theres fire.

And, if there was no wrong doing, then, she has nothing to worry about.

Bob,

I feel deceived by your "princess room" as there wasn't any champagne in it. It was unlike any back room I've been in.

Please be more specific with your marketing as none of my dreams came true, nor was there a happy ending.

Regards,
-me
