Is Test Track closed right now...I missed this one if it is.

Not yet. It’s going down for a regular refurbishment January 13 to February 26 2020. The general idea is to stagger the rides being down so that at least some of Future World is operating.

I heard they’re taking suggestions for the next version but you have to climb into the space station and sit on window girl’s lap telling her what you want for the next refurb.

At 8:45, using the left side of the earth projection and a star... is the star field finally moving again? It sure looks like it. Or it's the camera doing some trickery...

So we are looking at going back sometime in the fall of 2020, probably somewhere around October or November. Is there any chance at all that Spaceship Earth is open during our trip, or is it pretty much guaranteed to be closed by then?

It is a good possibility it will be closed.

I think the wheels might be a sign they’re slowly fixing all the broken effects. The chariot and ship protections were just turned off so they could easily just switch them back on.

Siemens thought it looked “hokey” and “fake”. It might even be just covered up rather than shut off.
