I’m afraid I have to disagree. CommuniCore West is gone now. I would be more upset if nothing replaced it than I am about the tabletop building.
It’s not big enough nor suited for that.
Imagine that as a legacy for current managements way of thinking.

Many people here think it will be used for events. Certainly smaller ones. That is why I mentioned it was just one piece of a puzzle. I agree it will mostly be a place to relax and enjoy the views of the park and wander the rooftop forest.

What ever it takes to keep WDI employed is fine with me.
It certainly shouldn’t be. Nor should it be MK2.0 - which is what it’s becoming.

I'll be there on Wednesday the 29th. I'm just glad I get to ride it before the changes take place. I got to ride the Great Movie Ride, the last year before it closed. I love SE. Do we know if they are refurbishing or changing it completely?

What we know so far:
-Attraction will shift focus from communication to storytelling and will be narrated by a “story light” (most likely a projection effect)
-Everything up to the industrial revolution is being kept
-Space station might hopefully be utilized in some sort possibly
-Annoying vehicle screens and black curtains during decent might be removed and physical scenes might return
-Animatronics may be upgraded
-Back of pavilion will be removed/reworked into new queue/post-show

I don’t think anyone has mentioned this other than in discussion about what they would like to happen. So nothing from anyone in the know that this is even on the table.

The more it keeps getting pushed makes me believe they will turn it into The Great Disney Movie Ride, full of IP’s. Any thoughts @jt04 ?

We took ours 2 days ago. Not saying goodbye, just saying see ya later. Hopefully it'll be marvelous, because now.. not so much.
