Does anybody have any idea whether Stitch's Supersonic Celebration will ever come back?

If not, what are the plans for the space where Stitch's Supersonic Celebration was?

I'd still like them to get rid of the stage.

Tomorrowland is just in such a weird situation as of now - as in it's terrible. The only thing worthy of seeing over there right now is the Carousel of Progress.
And maybe Astro Orbiter as well.:D

Yes
I know it's been discussed but WHY did they spend $$$$ on it and then get rid of it? I know it's out in the open, and there's no shade, and IT SUCKS but I think it was built to 'distract' people from SM's closing - why waste the $

I love Space Ranger Spin!!! That's about the only thing I look forward to in TL with Space Mountain being closed :( AstroOrbiter isnt bad, but the line is. Same with the speedway.

They sould put some show where Wall-E plays with objects he doesn't know about (like in Wall-E's first few teasers) and have him dance to music. Simple show, and I'd watch. :ROFLOL: way better than galaxy appreciation day and who doesnt love a wall-e with a bra on his eyes?

I always assumed that stage was not necessarily built FOR the Stitch show, but rather to create a permanent version of the cheap rent-a-stage that sat in that same spot for years hosting travelling music and dance groups.

If so, I applaud their attempt to give the stage a year-round purpose instead of sitting empty most of the time. But clearly the show they chose to put there bombed horribly (not to mention the scortching hot, shadeless venue. Proud parents may be willing to endure the elements to see their "baby" on stage at Disney, buy not most park guests)

They should use it to bring back 'Kids of the Kingdom' with those Logans Run looking costumes, for a reunion show ... just a thought.

If they did they would have to change the name to the "40 Somethings of the Kingdom"

How many people can that Stitch show area seat? Could they use that stage and space for that "Mickeys Christmas Show" that used to be at the Galaxy Theater?

I don't think the stage is really right for the XMas show. Size, lack of stage wings, etc, etc.
