Technically, the term coaster was used. Splash, technically, isn't a coaster. It technically would not count.

You know, I won't be surprised if Disney somehow re-uses that stage for special events like you mentioned...

I can easily see it become a dance stage for Mickey's Not-So Scary Halloween Party or for the Pirate & Princess Parties...

I would love it if they brought back the P & P parties, we've never been to one and they sounded cool. Unfortunately we called before Dec. and the CM knew nothing about any plans to have it again.

The stage needs to go. Looks horrible from the PeopleMover. It's like a stage set up for a Japanese high school festival.
