Soooooooooo jealous!!! It was originally supposed to launch when I was staying at Polynesian last month.

Thanks so much for posting this. It was really cool to watch. I called my sister and my mom so they could see it. We are planning to go to Kennedy space center next year when we go to Disney so this was a great treat. Has anybody ridden that new shuttle launch simulator that they have?

My family didn't care so I left them at Studios and I watched it from the top deck on the Tokelau. What a view.

Nice work! Saw the launch from my backyard in Tampa, witch is not as nice as staying at the Poly...but it was a great view!

The only shuttle launch I have ever seen was by accident, heading back to my room at the Poly after the luau. It really is very cool.

The landing strip is way out so not sure if you can see it from the visitor center as it lands . You might hear the sonic booms. Here on the coast we can sort of hear it swooshing above the clouds as it goes over our area in South Brevard. It is still too high to see it when it is over us.

If they land in California and bring it back on the plane they sometimes do a fly over Patrick Air Force Base and we go watch that. It is even cool on top of the plane. We have never been on property when it lands so not sure what you will be able to see.
