I don't think so, keep in mind the TTA is right above the loading area.

Any word on post show changes? This will sound petty, but my autistic brother absolutely loves the post show video cameras where he can see himself on TV. I know this isn't exactly complex or unique technology, but I would love to see this part stick around (ideally with better TV's and cameras).

I'm not sure I'm understanding those people that are saying that the DLP version is better until the car moves? That doesn't make sense at all.

What I'd like to see:

Enclosed Queue: ideally with a tinted glass ceiling or something like that, so you could see the ride from the queue, but you couldn't see the queue from the ride.

Track Replacement: For smoothing and banked turns.

On Board Audio: With an original score

Only minor changes to the lift area: Replace the "... Seconds to Blast Off" signs look more futuristic. Perhaps increased sound effects.

Improved Re-entry tunnel - this could look a lot more like fire.

Now that idea sounds good. I hope disney does do that. I love being able to look up and see the ride, and I even like to look down and see the queu line, but missing that wont be that bad. But I like that idea. As far as audio goes, I really dont know. Im not too big on that idea. To me, I get the image of Rockin coaster and I dont think they need to add audio to SM as they already have all the noise blaring in your ear for Rockin coaster. If they can manage it to actually enhance the experience unlike it does for Rockin coaster than I guess its cool. And I hope they keep the single file seating.

That is the best you could do for your first post. The TTA is only closing down for a few months. They are not tearing it down or anything. Sheesh.

I rode SM three times today, just to get the memory of the current version burned in really well since I probably won't get back down here until after the renovations.
