Well, Martin, you and Lee and a few others are Kings to us...:)

In all seriousness...we all need to take a step back and breathe. First of all, the thread that all the Space Mountain info that is known so far has been posted in this thread, so if you're looking for the latest info, that's where it is.

Second of all...there is no need for the hostility from anybody here...whether you're a newbie or an oldie, this is a civil place. Not a place for name calling. Let's try to keep it civilized here.

Third...as to the one who said that he knew an Imagineer from You Tube...it's great that you might know someone...you maybe do, you maybe don't...but, as others have pointed out here...there are plenty of people who have proven their trustworthiness on their information. Those are the ones we rely on the most. That's not to say you don't have the info, but it's harder to believe someone who just spouts things off that hasn't been around here but a few days. Our insiders that we trust have been here for years. It takes time to build a reputation as an insider and if you truly have insider connections, time will tell. Really no offense meant...

I appreciate the understanding, opposed to many others on this thread who decided i was just wrong. Though I might be new to the site I am not new to WDW at all, so thanks for being nice about it.

Honestly - some of the negative comments may be due to some grammar errors in your posts on account of you using the phone to post. Some people feel the need to point out any type of grammatical error or misspelling and directly relate it to the intelligence level of an individual. As long as I can gather what someone is talking about in a post it is fine with me!

... and the fact that I would have many many more errors myself had I not installed internet explorer spell check!!!! http://www.iespell.com/

At any rate - Welcome to the boards!!! Glad to have you here!

Why the anti-correct-spelling-and-grammar attitude? If she is indeed 14, spelling and grammar are still being taught to her and are very important in the real world. Practice makes perfect, correct? Why wouldn't we encourage proper spelling and grammar in all aspects of life. Language is how we communicate with each other, and when it is improperly used, the message is muddled, and not as clear. A message with poor spelling or grammar does not make the messenger any less intelligent, but it does make the message less intelligible.

Would any piece of literature be able to be read and disseminated if it misspelled words, and did not abide by rules of grammar? Would any of us have ever got a job if we had spelling errors on our resume? Or used improper grammar during an interview?

I know it's just a forum, but why change the rules because of the place? Don't get me started on text-speak.

It would be similar if someone posted that 2+2=6 and instead of correcting them, we just assume they meant 4.

And I know bestow upon myself the awards for most pointless post of the day, and biggest thread drift. :sohappy:

Perhaps you would be happier on a forum geared to young teenagers where you would be among your peer group. I believe Disney offers them on their portal. This is a forum with rather mature topics (sometimes ) being discussed by adults. You should ask your parents to review this site and make sure they even approve of you being here. I doubt they would.

Run along now.

I am surprised this thread just hasn't been locked. This is just ridiculous banter between what might or not be happening.

I feel like I am back in middle school right now.

Did not.....did to, did not.....did to

I say welcome, the more the merrier.... don't let these guys get to you. Please feel free to post what you want when you want. Yes some people here have many ties and know a lot of what is going on. But don't let one or two run you off. They just don't have anything better to do then to try and pick an internet fight.

I still think you are better off not being here without your parents permission. I'd check with them if I was you. Just trying to help.
