Most, if not all, of the track will be replaced. Most of the support rig with remain in place, with additions.

Speaking of changing color schemes for Tomorrowland take a look at the wall of the transit authority. It is a blue/white color scheme. Could this mean something?

I do not see anything new. That area has been like that for a few years now. Its so that the soot from the steam trains does not make the walls look dirty.
