What?:lookaroun
It does.
mine would be a quick hour flight. I dont do that drive anymore. It isnt cost efficient with the cost of fuel and the cheap round trip Southwest tickets out of Bham.I know. The Saturday date is so convenient. Drive up Friday night, come back Sunday night, I don't miss class.:drevil:
As would I. I've met a few of our members on these boards, and it's great to talk WDW Politics in person.
Hey...If they can shove us in tiny little pods for M:S...a room would be fine.:lookaroun
I can only imagineYea! I talk about more than wavin'
Ahhh, i see what you mean. Yes, that would be cool.... but like Richard said, watching people hit the deck would be loads of fun.Yes, but you would not see the room unstretch. While the lights were still out after the Ghost Host says, "There's always my way," the room would revert back to its original form, making at seem as if everything that just happened...didn't.
we are so bad.I want that effect for that reason alone!
So has the 12.3 Million been discussed in this thread. I was out all last week so might have missed it. I know jt has it in his signature.
ooo how cool would that be? People with Claustrophobia? Oh come on! They know what they're getting themselves into! Its a Haunted Mansion people! What a cool effect that would have been. Maybe one day they'll add it.Yes, but you would not see the room unstretch. It sounds very similar to the effect in Poseidon's at IoA on a bit smaller scale. I think it would be a nice addition.
Ok...Space Mountain refurb! (my lame attempt to get back on topic)
I was expecting the refurb for SM/TTA to be in the 30-40 million range so the number announced by OrSen felt like a gut punch. Especially since they really are not investing in anything else right now. I have greatly diminished expectations of SM's refurb as a result.
Now if they open a Blue Sky Cellar or Atrium that would change my attitude immediately.
Welcome to reality, jt. We have been waiting for you.
But see all the stuff in DCA's "Blue Sky" Cellar isn't blue sky at all. It's actually happening. So for them to open one in WDW...they would actually have to do stuff here.
Wasn't the 12.3 million compiled from building permits? If that is the can I can all but guarantee you that it is a low figure and not the actual budget of the refurb. I wouldn't get your panties all in a bunch over it.I was expecting the refurb for SM/TTA to be in the 30-40 million range so the number announced by OrSen felt like a gut punch. I don't think I'll be buying new AP's anytime soon.

I wouldn't mind seeing the model of WRE out on display again and whatever they have regarding Beastly Kingdom and Bald Mountain.
I'd rather not see any of BK. The art is painful enough knowing what will never be.
