Based on the website Disney put up, it looks like it will officially be open on May 14 or May 18. Based on the number of people that rode it today, I think it is safe to assume that the media will ride tomorrow, and some degree of soft openings will begin shortly thereafter (maybe as soon as Saturday).

It won't be closed for another month. It likely will have soft openings beginning soon. As they make adjustments, it will be up and down until the 28th when they expect it to be fully operational.

The dedication was today because it is their press weekend, otherwise they probably would have waited until closer to the official open, but still had soft openings.

The next watch list that needs to be posted is when 7DMT is added to FP+.
