Last night, I made the Ratatoullie, as in, the recipe used as reference for the movie. It was fantastic, and looked just like it did on screen--and was incredibly delicious. However, it took forever to make. I started prepping at 4:00, and didn't get it into the oven until about 6:30. After that, it cooked for 2hrs 30min. But, it was worth it. :slurp: I invited some fellow Disney-nerd friends over, and we all watched Ratatoullie the movie while we were waiting for the dish to cook.

I took a picture of it, and will post, once my computer starts functioning again (I'm using one at the library at the moment).

LOVE the Lettuce wraps..and everything else..:)

No lettuce wraps, but delicious none the less :slurp: And we (just two of us) left my wallet smoking

Each had a cup of hot and sour soup, and then Kaitlyn had the shrimp and candied walnuts YUUUUUUUUMMMMM and I had the Kung Pao Scallops DOUBLE YUMMMMMMMMM!

But I told her after how much that cost we can't go to lunch again for like a month :ROFLOL:

YUM!..Never had the shrimp and candied walnuts!:slurp:

It is rather pricey..but so worth a once a month or every other month visit..:)
Baked halibut, a baked potato covered with broccoli in cheese sauce...all WW approved, of course. :D

If you should try it, be prepared. It is... different. It's in a kind of mustardy? sauce, and has honeydew melon in it.

But it all works!

What's the difference in a French crock pot and an American crock pot?

 I don't think there are any differences, its what I named the dish because I used herbs de provance as the flavoring. Years ago there was a product called Chicken Tonight, it was flavored sauce in a jar that you poured over chicken and then cooked. This recipe reminded me of the French Herb variety my DH loved.
