Definitely agree. I think they should have figured out a way to do what they do with dinner reservation cancellations. If they would have charged even a minimal fee (like $10 per person) for no shows, only people who were serious would have signed up (for the most part anyway). I know the logistics of that would have made check-in even more of a nightmare, but if the 30% no show rate is accurate, that's a lot.Another big problem was letting people reserve without having tickets. It should have been the other way around. Anyone who had internet access could reserve a spot or many spots without having any idea of whether they would really be able to go.
