So what changes will we see at DHS GE based on DL GE?

Predictions:
  • Reservation system similar to Bibbiddi Boppidi Boutique for Savi's Workshop
  • Possible reservation system for Oga's Cantina

How are reservations handled now (in DL) for those shops? I haven't been following that closely but assume it is something you reserve in advance. Given the size/throughput of those experiences, I agree that they should be handled like BBB and Pirates League.

Oga’s is a line to make a text-message based reservation, similar to a normal restaurant.

Savi’s is a line to get a assigned a group/time reservation.

I know you might not be able to say much, but in my head the only two options to remedy a sight-line problem would be planting some pretty ginormous trees, or propping up some more black spires. Would either of these be in-line with what is being proposed?

Additionally, I have seen images of scaffolding up around Muppet Vision, any idea what they're painting the side of the building facing SW:GE to?
Or they put a creature that resembles slinky dog in one of their movies, problem solved.

...I'd rather not have to walk halfway across the park at meal time just to get something I can eat.

You say "can eat" and I hear "will eat" or maybe "will step out of my comfort zone to try." Frankly, if you want the parks' food offerings to be that homologous, then you aren't looking for a theme park with meaningful environments. You're looking for an amusement park with a corndog stand every 10 feet.

Do I regularly eat shellfish? Nope. Do I begrudge people having shrimp on the menu? No. Will I try these shrimp because they're on the menu? Maybe.

But they should have at least one or two simple items like "Han's Cheeseburger and Fries" for those of us who prefer plain stuff. I'd rather not have to walk halfway across the park at meal time just to get something I can eat.
Directly outside of SE:GE is Woodys Lunchbox, PizzaRizzo, Sci-Fi Dine in, ABC Commissary, and Backlot Express. Right next door are all the food options you’re looking for.

No. Can eat. The spices and extras they add in do not react well with my digestive system. And I an NOT asking for every place to have the same menu. I'm asking for each place to have one or two items that are not all over complicated with extras. The ambiance of the restaurant is great, but not everyone enjoys items from limited menues and get denied a chance to eat in these places because of it.

I didn’t even think of this- mobile ordering for food? I’m not sure if it’s at Disneyland, but it would definitely help with lunch lines in DHS’s Galaxy’s Edge

You monster!

Fried chicken and gravy sounds pretty standard to me.

Porg chops?

I don't know, it seems like that's two extreme stances on an issue. Disney has frequently sold regular-ish food items with unique Star Wars names before, so I think they can offer some more regular items that have an interesting (but not too silly) name.

With all the time they had to prep, it's too bad that the Blue Milk isn't a smash hit. I don't know what
I would have done, and of course haven't tried this, who knows I might love it.

But HP Butterbeer haunts my high calorie dreams two years after I had oh, about 12 of them over three days, lol.
Blue Milk should have the same effect.

Hard to change it now that it's debuted, though, I'd think. I'd imagine they will let it play out for a while,
if it's a complete fiscal disappointment then perhaps they'd consider a change.

Not sure what I'd make it if I had my druthers. Creamy Blue Raspberry? Blue Bubble Gum flavor?
Butterbeer has that smooth butterscotch/vanilla flavor that brings on the craves.

Well, anyway. Looking forward to my first Blue Milk, whenever that time comes.

I don't see it being a fiscal disappointment, I see it being a PR disappointment. So far there is a lot of people saying they really like it. But most of the reviews I see there is a lot of hesitation in their review. It seems they don't hate it, but they say they really like it because they don't want to be negative about Disney. It will be interesting to see once more general non influencers get in and start reviewing it.
