A couple put an offer on our house. Offer was accepted and we signed a contract! :sohappy: If all goes well, we'll close on June 4th!!!!! That's less than a month away! Hopefully no more double mortgage payments! And we'll be able to start saving again for our 6-month emergency fund and... other things...:lookaroun...

Baby is ok. Weighing in at 4 lb 2 oz. Being admitted, will be here until baby comes. Doctor wants to get me 3 1/2 more weeks, but ideally 6 more. Gonna be a long haul this time
