As a creative work (image, art, writting, etc.) they are all automaticly copyrighted. I dont think you even have to say so... but I'm not sure on that point.

Elements....very cool.. I know you said you will explain later...I just hope it has a very cool ride to go with the layout (assuming that is the que and pre show) you posted. Can’t wait to see the rest NowInc... Great idea! (you should have grizz be your meteorological consultant for your new pavilion.;) )

Neo replies, "......whoa...."

Dan I am more than jealous. I want to be able to do that! I just get stuck with these very unprofessional looking pictures when I do things. Of course, I don't have all of the concept sketches/etc that you have. Maybe I ought to do a little preplanning first huh? I read all of the posts but I don't remember what program you are using. Maya I assume since thats your favorite program, or are you using multiple programs for this project?

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! I WANT TO SEE MORE!!!!!

Yep..concept sketches are VERY important. You should never go head first blindly into a 3D project..always have at least one sketch of what you want the final to look like ;)

..and yep...Maya and Photoshop...

Hey i have a question for Dan or cac, Im getting DSL-Broadband this week and the demo versions of photoshop and maya are really big and take a few hours-days to download on a 56K connection, how long will it take to download them with the DSL?

thanks!:)

Only a few hours....

Remember..Maya (and most other 3d apps) REQUIRE either 2k or XP to run..so make sure you have one of those installed before venturing into 3D land ;)

..oh..and an update to the pavillion...I actually have been working on the music..i'll see if i can get a sample up in a few days ;)

Yeah I would have to say a few hours as well. Of course there are so many factors that can slow it down or speed it up. You may have a fast connection, but the site you are downloading it from may be very busy and bogged down. More and likely though, you should be able to get the demos for both photoshop and maya in a few hours.

Oh yeah...big emphasis on having Windows 2000, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows NT, or Windows XP. Maya won't work in Windows 98.

Dan...lookin forward to new info and, well I can't say pictures anymore because you are working on music, so....STUFF on your elements pavilion! :)

As promised...a music sample...excuse the poor quality but compressing n stuff took away a lot of the "bottom end" of this..and it made it a TAD grainey..but you get the idea...

This is about 60 seconds of an 11 minute loop for the watter tunnel...
