This is what I was afraid of. There are fires in Brea, Corona and Anaheim Hills. I went last year, and its totally unbearable during these wildfires, and we were planning on spending the day tomorrow!

Its very bad. entire neighborhoods are going up, and the fires are moving SUPER fast! The one in Sylmar is just running thru there!

Things here are better, the air quality is still pretty bad. The fires have moved away from Disneyland, and more into Diamond Bar. Mitch could not get to work on Saturday because of all the freeway and road shut downs.
Its devestating though. People have lost everything.

It was looking very dark and ominous for most of Saturday around Anaheim. It cleared out for a bit in the evening, but then got smoky again after Midnight.

Sunday dawned much brighter and clearer, with smoke heading to the northwest towards Los Angeles. Monday the fires have mostly been extinguished and air quality was quickly returning to normal. It's still very hazy along the horizon however.

Hang in there chika! My area down south is STILL really dry. We burned last year in the Witch Creek fire. Missed my house by 9 feet. It is so devasting. Over a year later, many people still can't afford to rebuild.
