My left wrist is driving me crazy. Yesterday, I was sitting on the couch, and then when I went to stand up, the way I pushed myself up, I twisted my wrist. My parents didn't think it was serious enough to get an x-ray of, but hurts so bad if I move it a certain way. I was going to get it checked by the school nurse, but she hates me, so I didn't want to "bother" her. (She gets ticked if you go into her office. HELLO! It's your job to take care of the kids!)

Hello! Hi everyone! I never seem to be here when anyone else is!

Connor, I just checked over last night's posts and saw your attempt at sneaking up on me! :fork:

Freddy, sorry I misunderstood about HP. But really, you should give the film a try. It's great!

Mad, You still have the best smilies ever.

Nemo, Read your posts on the Amazing Race thread. I just tuned in last night for the first time. Weavers and Godlewskis have to go! :hammer:

Danny, I voted for grape Skittles.

There, I've caught up with you all! Now, when I sign off you can have a nice chat without me!

Grab a doorknob & try to twist it open...does it hurt?
Have you taken anything like motrin? You may want to do that...and give it a rest. If it still hurts in a day or two you may need to see the doctor.

I pinged something in my right-wrist whilst playing badminton back in the summer. I found a sports wrist support band type-thing helped a lot, as it stopped me from tweaking it again in it's already tender state.

I picked one up from the sports store for a couple of quid.

OK. Show of hands people - who thinks Og pinged his wrist doing a totally different physical activity?

*Raises hand*
