Abby said her throat wasn't as bad as last night, so I guess I'll find out when I pick her up. Mike's in the middle of a full-fledged cold though.
I'm doing....okay. Still worried about how to help my boy, but I've been doing some research and considering possible educational purchases to help him. This upcoming summer will be crucial for carrying him from the 2nd to the 3rd grade.
So what's exactly been going on with him Jen? I got a bit of the gist on FB, but just was curious about the whole thing? Any idea on what may have set him back a bit either?

Snow days started it off....threw off the daily school routine...then the weather warmed up, things dried out a bit, and all he wants to do is go outside and swing. Usually has trouble with sitting still, staying on task....he stims a great deal. And lately in gym he sits down and doesn't participate at all. It's like he's lost total interest in everything. So tonight's parent-teacher conference will have his classroom teacher, his intervention teacher, the principal, his speech teacher, and the gym teacher. :dazzle: Sort of like a mini-preview for IEP.
It doesn't help that that special time for all women is hitting me right now....I was blubbering on Mike's shoulders earlier this morning.

Bummer sweetie. It'll all be ok. Hopefully you can get him back on a good ritual and he'll go right back to the progress he'd been seeing before.

You know, the first time I had to do my own taxes, I did them by hand (on April 15 :lookaroun) The next few years I still did them by myself, but used TurboTax. Last year I tried. I really did. But I ended up clueless :brick: so we had a CPA friend do it. (Of course, when I started, I was single, not paying any intrerest at the time--student loan payments hadn't kicked in--and had one job.)
This year I'm not even trying to figure it out on my own, and I feel like an idiot. I don't think I understand half of the things we're going to go over with our tax friend tonight. Why do these things have to be so difficult?!
