I bet you'll fall in love with the Poly like I did the last few trips. Make sure to sit out on the beach in the hammocks. It's so perfect. Oh and try Captain Cook's! They have a delish Adult Grilled Cheese sandwich! It's amazing!
I will have to try to get a pic of us in a hammock.:lookaroun

I'm sure Luke and Nicole would concur with that. :animwink: :D

If we are able to keep our vacation time for July, you'll give me a good reason to visit the Poly - never have been in there yet.

Mike's going to try for a week in August. But I'm going to break the news to Ab anyway so she's prepared in any case.
Oh, and some good news....put a down payment on some new bedroom furniture for Mike and I - upgrading to a king-size. :sohappy::sohappy:

Yay for a King Sized Bed! I wish we could have one, but there's no room in our bedroom for one.

Hope you all get August!

Good morning

Jenny- I hope you go that week but I also hope he can change it for Abby's sake.

Now I have some questions.

Is the dining plan worth it?
Then I need some advise on these places

Polynesian Luau Dinner Show
50's Prime Time Cafe Lunch
Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusher House
Yak and Yeti

Those are some of the places we would like to eat. We have others choosen but we have been to those places.

Should be making reservations tonight for the Poly.:sohappy::sohappy::sohappy:

I've heard kinda "eh" things about the Poly show. not to mention it's outside... in July that sounds awful.

Prime Time Cafe is great! love it there.

yak and yeti was good too, especially if you love Asian food.

don't know about the Tusker House, but my Mom is going there in june.

The Dining plan is ONLY a good deal if you always eat dessert. We don't, so it never breaks even for us.

The Poly is almost $800 cheaper. The only room at the Contemporary is in the Atrium area.

Go Poly. I've always wanted to stay there.

but then again, I'd ditch the monorail loop resorts and stay twice as long at a moderate.

I know what you mean. Lately I've been feeling nappy too. I think it's the new job. Not used to getting up "early".

That's an hour after I get up! Not counting the time difference either!

Pics are up!

So, I'm probably missing out on something tomorrow night that kinda makes me sad. My boss for the City just asked if I could come and help film a paranormal investigation tomorrow night...and I'm pretty sure I have plans. On one hand, I think it would be hella cool! I love those types of things! On the other hand, I think it would scare the bejesus outta me!

I'm working on my blog now... got some cute pics to share!
Ooo! I'll have to set a reminder for myself to check it this weekend!
...also to post on mine. I haven't posted in two weeks, I've been so busy!

Yay!

Um...8...:lookaroun
What is "early" for you is "sleeping in" on a Saturday morning for me. :dazzle: And I don't even have kids yet! LOL!
But hopefully you're really enjoying the new job...?

Sounds neat! Although Marc and I always make fun of those.

"Look! It's a ghost!"

No you idiots, it's a speck of dust floating too close to the lens of a super-sensitive night-vision camera. :hammer:
