Doing better than yesterday - the sun came out this afternoon! The rivers are still high, but things are much better tonight.

It's the height of tax season, which is never fun for us, but what can you do? No way to avoid it, as much as I'd like to....

Actually I did a couple of years ago, but I never had the surgery. It was fine for a long time, but now it's aching again, so I'm not really sure if I reinjured it or if I'm just old.

That a wrist problem, right? Our company has CHT's (certified hand therapists) so I haven't treated a hand or a wrist problem in years. Try a cortisone shot before surgery. If you re-inflamed it, the shot will help.

See, I refused the surgery before - I just got fed up with all the preliminary tests and nonsense that I asked my docor if it would heal without the surgery. he said it could, but it would take a long time, and the litttle flap that's torn may always cause problems.
