We had dinner with a friend last weekend who was telling me how she LOVES looking for deals and matching coupons with sales and everything. That SOUNDS wonderful, but for someone like me who has a full-time, 50 to 70 hour-a-week job, is it even feasible for me to make a dent in my grocery bills, considering the minimal amount of time I have to dedicate to this? I checked out couponmom.com, but it all seems overwhelming. How much time goes into all this stuff? And how much do you save in return for things you actually need? :shrug:

I do not..I would love to but we do not have any stores around her that double or triple coupons and I always forget I have them anyway...:o:lol:

I'm envious - it's in the 40s here and rainy. We probably won't be getting into the 80s until May/June. And ((hugs)) on having to still wait - I hope you hear soon. :kiss:

It has seriously been a blah day here....although does anyone remember the bakery I mentioned in the past on here? They had a local potter in displaying his work and offering a deal to bake the brownie of your choice in a small bowl of his....yes, they advertised them as pot brownies...:lookaroun.......so Mike decides to get one for each of us...Joel and I had fudge, Abby had peanut butter, and Mike got a s'more brownie. Piping hot and very rich - could only eat a small portion and saved the rest.

So....we've had some pretty nasty weather all weekend, so Dave and I took a ride to Newport this afternoon. The ocean was not very happy....

Very quiet weekend around here....hope everyone has had a good one. :kiss:

Mike and I have spent the day w/ upset stomachs, but so far, the kids seem okay *crosses fingers* - I hope a good night's sleep is all we need. Otherwise, it's been pretty dull around here.

Good evening, magic folks! Just been a few crazy days at GMR. Which reminds me, I now have a new personal best for total shows done in one day: 9 shows. I've also set a new personal best for most A shows (shows with the Bandit) done in one day: 5 shows.
