Scary how fast time is going.

I was a mere 7th grader when I met ya'll.

And now, here I am, halfway through junior year.

It's going well. We took mom down to Bradenton to visit my sister today, then tomorrow we're taking her to Silver Springs. Right now I'm having a hot-from-the-oven Krispee Kreme!

Totally exciting time in my life.
But totally petrifying, too. :lol:
I'm really excited for the college chapter of my life, but it makes me realize how fast I've grown up.
Kids who I met when I was in kindergarten and they were in 1st grade are getting college acceptances in the mail. Really makes me stop and think.

Don't take this time for granted. It's going to go by so fast!

I have no idea, Luke.
Which is bad because I have a test on Tuesday and everyone is past the point of freaking out.
And I have lab tomorrow, and that's always special.
But I don't want to get into this again.
After Tuesday, all will be well.

That's poopy. Chemistry is the WORST. I found out today that I didn't do so hot on my O-Chem midterm... so that's not fun. But that's also why I'm not pursuing a degree in chemistry.

You'll make it. This is just a blip on the radar.

I don't get why we need so much chem when we're not even going to use it.
I mean, in all honesty, I just want to tell a dolphin to do a trick or take care of lions in their exhibit.
There's more to that, but chem is definitely not involved.

It's for all those people who are Zoology majors and want to go into medicine. I think they should have a Zoology for pre-meds and a Zoology for non-pre-meds. Which... we're probably the only two :lol:

Nah...we aren't. :lol:
They should ask you what you want to do with your major, and pick your classes that way.
It'd be hard and annoying to do that for everyone, but it'd be a lot nicer to take classes that are relevant to what you want to do.
