There's a joke about that too. In the song called "Urinetown" one of the narrators (Officer Lockstock) sings about the police catching the people who p e e illegally and says "We, we never fail."

PS -- Dot! Did you ever download that link I sent you :lookaroun

Gah! Yes.
I started downloading it one night before bed, and had it 75% done when I decided to just go to bed and let it finish. Well, in the morning, nothing was there. I'm not sure what happened. Is there something you have to do when the download is complete? I don't know. But it takes some time to download, so I'm going to definitely try again when I've got that time.

Where do things on your computer usually go when they get downloaded? I would try looking there. Or you could search for it with the search feature, but I don't really know what the title of the file was.

It may have downloaded as a ZIP file, if that means anything to you (it doesn't to me )

PMP!!!

That was awful!!! :ROFLOL:

I agree.
Someone really should stop me.

It's actually a HILARIOUS show. There are a lot of scenes where the show makes fun of itself. It also makes fun of other musicals (Les Mis, West Side, etc.) and just musical theater in general. There's one character called Little Sally who is one of the narrators who is always talking about the "bad subject matter" and "bad title" of the show.

I guess it has to be seen to be appreciated.
Are all the costumes and scenery as drab as that one scene?

Heehee...p e e :lookaroun

You're enjoying this. :lookaroun

a tad...:lookaroun

A smidge...

DOT!
Put some clothes on!!

Party-pooper.
Keeping with the theme. :lookaroun

I looked everywhere.
It's really nowhere.
I'll just have to try again.

Maybe not necessarily seen. I actually didn't like the show that much based just on the music, but at the read through I thought it was hilarious and brilliant.

The costumes and set could go either way. Those people in that video were "the Poor" so they were supposed to look drab. Then there are the Rich and the Cops, who probably aren't AS drab. As for sets... you have a dirty street, a sewer system, and an office. They're all things you can make look really good with a lot of detail, or make look really good with very little detail. It just depends on how you present it I guess

Hmm...I guess it helps going in knowing what to expect.

Good job.

How was your weekend?

Pretty good! One of my friends that I met this summer in Texas (who lives in Kentucky) came to visit me and we went to all the restaurants that were featured on the Columbus episode of the Food Channel's "Man Vs. Food." None of which I had been to before.

This one place we went to, Schmidt's, is this INCREDIBLE German restaurant with a buffet. They had the best sausage and sauerkraut I've ever had, as well as a two pound (TWO POUND) cream puff. OMG so good.

Then today, my friend did the "Dagwood Challenge" at this deli we went to. You have 30 minutes to eat 2.5 pound turkey, ham, and roast beef sandwich. If you do it, you get a shirt. He did it :hurl:
