Response: We've talked about it, but can't make a commitment. We are considering it.

Question: Are they going to release Song of the South?

Response: Its been asked before, and we are still reconsidering it. Its kind of complicated. We want to make sure people understand the context. We do not have specific plans.

Question: Any chance for a worldwide annual pass to all Disney parks?

Response: We've never talked about it but its a great idea.

Question: Any other companies you are looking to buy?

Response: Yes.

Answer: We have periodically released DVDs of things from older products, and we are looking at distribute some of them over the net.

Question: Have you determined any share buy backs for 2008?

Answer: We do not announce an amount ahead of time, but we have $200m left authorized currently to buy stock back.

Answer: Response was talking about DVC.

Question: Progress on third gate in Anaheim and 12th park worldwide?

Answer: Nothing to announce, we are looking at different sites and site-based regional properties. We arent currently planning a third gate for Anaheim. We are building the park out for sure.

Question: DME is wonderful. Is there a chance for it to happen in Anaheim?

Answer: Probably not.

Why does that surprise you? He is TWDC's largest shareholder.

#2 is Roy.

#3 is Eisner.

Now they are airing a video, but the webcast is audio only so no idea what they are showing.

When Disney bought Pixar it was a stock for stock deal. Jobs was the major shareholder of Pixar so with the deal he became the major shareholder of Disney. (I believe he owns around 2% of the co ) They put him on the Board of Diectors as well.

will the walt disney company expand to aquire a sat or cable company to increase distribution...

we're confident for creating content and experiences under disney, abc, and espn... probably not at the moment owning the distrobution for TV...

Answer: Not developing a third Fantasia.
We marvel at the interest in Disney. Especially those who consider themselves Disney fans, and want to strengthen our relationship with you. The internet is great.

Question: Will Disney buy a satellite or cable operator?

Answer: We are confident in our strategy currently, we have no plans to buy either. We have concluded that we don't need to own a distribution service.
