Sorry JT, but you have a terrible track record. You spoke about a "great vision" Disney had for PI, and two years later, it's still empty. You lose. There will be no parking garage. more land will be cleared before that happens, if, and when they deem it necessary.

Second of all, you are making a HUGE assumption that in the next two years, PI turns out to be this amazing, crowd getting, place. What we have seen, lately, is that new additions to DTD typically canabalize other establishments there - they dont bring in additional people, therefore there will be no need for increased parking. Again, there's 100's (if not, close to a 1000) parking spots near the HOB that go unutilized daily. Those need to be touched first before a parking garage is relevant.

I never said the "great vision" statement you attribute to me. So please get your facts straight before calling me out. I've quoted Disney officials as saying the new PI would be "bold and new" which is an accurate quote. I have no reason to not think it won't be either but I obviously can't know for sure. However, if it is (and I have no doubt the potential is there) then they will need a new parking expansion. Garages would be the best option IMO.

wth is THAT ?!?!?

Basically a variation on the dance parties they throw in the parks when things get crazy and they need a cheap temporary attraction. A DJ, an MC, a couple dancers, a couple stilt walkers, all trying to convince passers-by to dance to the Electric Slide, Cha-Cha Slide Part 2, Cupid Shuffle and Chicken Dance. (And yes, those four songs repeat five or six times a night.) They also ask people where they are from and hand out birthday/anniversary/etc. buttons.

All in a vain attempt to get people yo pay no attention to the vacant buildings along the walkway.

Construction walls, heavy earth movers and cranes would be much more entertaining.

Captain EO - Rumor - (4/21/10) I've heard a bit of good news from a reader that the maintenance team responsible for Honey, I Shrunk The Audience has been told to postpone all HISTA effect based renovation projects?. Why is this a good thing? Because it sounds like a clear sign that Captain EO is likely to be returning before the end of the year. Anyone else know more?

This is from Screamscape!

so they'll bring this crap back, but not the Adventurers Club!
