Saw her filming today while I was at work. They were walking down Hollywood Blvd, so I have no idea what exactly it was about. Guess we have new WDW special to look forward to.

At the very least probably reshooting any scenes were she says 'MGM' or 'Disney Studios' to make sure and get 'Disney Hollywood Studios' in there.

She was also at France in Epcot - I saw her there this afternoon doing a spot with the outdoor kiosk that sells wine and frozen drinks. She seemed extremely nice and even posed for photos with guests. Unfortunately I did not get up to her in time before she had to leave to change her outfit (it has been raining on and off all day so the bottom of her jeans were soaked).

Oh and she did mention that all of this would be for a new special coming out soon - I forgot what she said, but something like "Secrets of WDW" or the like.

I hope that doesn't mean that any new WDW special will have to share airtime with DisneyLand. I hate it when they do that. :brick:

I'd rather have a full hour (or two hours as the case may be) of Walt Disney World. DL should get its own specials rather than cutting into the time alotted for a WDW special.

I enjoy her specials too. I am really happy to hear that there will be a new special in the works and she will be hosting it. Our next trip is in a couple of days but it will be our last for a while:cry:-so at least there will be a new special to keep occupied!:sohappy:

Yeash!! I love Samantha Brown specials!!! Can't wait to add this to my collection of WDW specials on the DVR. If that box every broke my 8 year old and I might cry. :cry:

Yeah it is about time for a new Disney travel special...God knows all the wand haters(not me) must cringe every time they see the older specials with the wand in it!!! LOL... Glad Samantha brown is still doing the travel specials....I love her personality, seems like a nice, genuine person....She has to have the greatest job!!!!

^^^ Yes and that is why I loved the new Christmas special no wand in sight is was sooo beautiful I even cried a bit. Well I hope one day I will get to meet the wonderful Smantha Brown because I just love her to bits lol. Good to know a new special is on the way.

Awesome news! She's so cutsie and fun, always great to watch. The DVR and Disney specials have become great friends at our house too, especially with Sam!

i completely agree. but non the less disney is awesome so i cant wait to see whats in store

I've wondered that myself. I don’t know for sure, but I would think Disney is paying the Travel Channel a pretty penny for these. Just think of all the people watching.

What if Samatha Brown did the WDW Top Ten show that runs on the resort TVs? I think I'd like her better than Stacy or Chrissa or whoever is on the current version.
